Raphanus, Radish 'Cherry Belle' Organic Heirloom Value Pack
- Sun Preference
- Full-Sun
Description
Cherry Belle is an early season radish grown for its crunchy round red roots. Radishes take very little room to grow and can be planted to mature during any cold period. A great starter plant for kids. It won an All America Selections award in 1949.
Plant every few weeks starting in early spring or fall/winter in mild climates. Water consistently. Time your plantings to mature while the weather is cool. Sow every two weeks from late spring through summer for continuous crops. For best flavor harvest radishes while they are still young and crispy.
