Petroselinum, Parsley 'Italian Flat Leaf' Value Pack

- Sun Preference
- Full-Sun
Description
Italian parsley has a stronger and more peppery flavor than its relative, curly parsley. That’s why it is a staple for all professional chefs and home cooks. Grow in the garden or in a pot by the kitchen so fresh leaves are always close at hand.
Plant in early spring or start indoors six weeks before last frost and transplant when 2-3″ high. Does best in a sunny area and rich, well-drained soil. Water consistently. Very slow germination can be improved by soaking seed overnight and allowing seed to dry before planting. Harvest leaves regularly to keep plants productive. Use fresh or dry in a cool, well ventilated place. Store in an airtight container.
