Description
Aster is a favorite cut flower noted for its strong stems and long-lasting blossoms. Early Charm is a China type aster with lovely full, double flowers in soft shades of white, pink, red, and purple. Blooms in early summer, about two weeks earlier than midseason varieties.
Select a location with full sun and well drained soil. Plant after danger of hard frost in early spring. May be started indoors about six weeks before last spring frost. Water regularly until plants are established. Cut back on watering as plants mature. Keep flowers cut regularly to encourage more blossoms.
