What is available in this program?

How does the fundraiser work?

  • We build a customized website for your group.  Complete the Custom Page Set Up Form and email with your group logo or picture to onlinefundraisers@gertens.com
  • Promote your custom page and Store ID number via email, text, or other communication to your group.
  • Your online site collects the orders and payments for you!
  • Prices listed online are what your group’s customers will pay.
  • All orders must be placed through your online site. No orders can be accepted after your site has closed.
  • Coordinator Login lets you keep track of your progress during your fundraising campaign.
  • All orders will be delivered to your group as a bulk order on your scheduled delivery date.
  • You/your group will distribute the products to your customers.
  • Your group will receive 30% of plant sales and 15% of Plant Card sales, less your delivery fee.
  • After Fall Mum shipping is complete, Gertens will process a check for your group’s proceeds.

How to participate:

You must have a fundraiser account with Gertens, contact us to get started. Schedule your delivery or will call date with the Gertens Fundraising office.

What to expect on delivery day:

  • All products sold through your fundraiser will be delivered to your group on your scheduled delivery day.
  • Your group coordinator and volunteers will need to be on hand to receive the delivery and help unload your plants.  
  • You/your group will distribute the products to your customers.
  • Gertens will provide a copy of each individual order, so you have the information you need for distribution.
  • Use your customer list to check off who has picked up their plants.

Dates to Remember

  • Selling Dates/Sites Open: August 1 – August 22

     

  • Fundraiser Delivery/Will Call Dates: September 10 – September 20

     

  • Profit check mailed: First week of October
