Description
Black Beauty is an early maturing zucchini type squash that features delicious deep green fruits with creamy white flesh. A very easy to grow bush variety that’s productive all season long. It won an All America Selections award in 1957.
Plant outdoors in full sun and rich soil two weeks after last spring frost. Germinates poorly in soil temperatures below 70°F. Water consistently and feed monthly with a side dressing of compost or vegetable fertilizer. Harvest while fruits are young and tender. Pick regularly to encourage more fruit.
