Description
A lovely plant for the flower or vegetable garden! Soft gray-green leaves with spikes of purple flowers in late spring. Use fresh or dried to flavor meats, poultry, stuffing and soups.
Plant in full sun to partial shade in well-drained soil. Keep soil evenly moist until plants have germinated. Mature plants are quite drought tolerant. Harvest fresh leaves as needed or cut back entire plant before flowering to 4″. Hang to dry in shade or freeze for later use.
