Regency International Artificial Tree Warranty Information:

LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR ARTIFICIAL CHRISTMAS TREES

REGENCY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CORP. WARRANTS THIS PRODUCT
AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AS FOLLOWS:

1. For a Period of Ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, Regency will repair,
have repaired by a third party, or replace defective parts of this Christmas tree at no
charge.
2. Limited warranty applies to all components and parts of the Christmas tree.
3. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
negligence, or normal wear and tear or variation of coloration for white colored trees.

To obtain warranty service, please contact REGENCY INTERNATIONAL by fax or mail at
the #1 address below, advising the nature and description of the defect. Please enclose proof
of purchase (i.e. Sales receipt), Regency’s product number, the 6-digit purchase order # on
the carton, and color as shown, also on the carton. Also, please include the name of the
company from where the tree was purchased along with the price paid. You will then be
advised as to what part or parts of the tree you should ship PREPAID to Regency
International’s warehouse at the #2 address below for repair or replacement, if necessary.

Repair or replacement as provided by this warranty is solely at the discretion of Regency
International in respect to the means of remedy. Regency International is not liable for any
incidental, or consequential damages arising from any defects and/or deviance from assumed
product compliance, items damaged in transit by public carriers are excluded from this
warranty as they must be claimed through the carrier.

SPECIAL CLAUSE GOVERNING LIGHT SETS:
Regency International will replace all defective light sets free of charge, postage prepaid,
should there be any defects in them during the first three year-period of the warranty
expressed above. The actual tree, itself will not be replaced if the problem exists with
lighting only.
