Description
Sweet, mild and versatile, this white daikon radish root grows up to 15″ long. Its crisp texture and slightly spicy flavor make it a good choice for pickling. Use both cooked and raw.
Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring after last frost or in late summer/early fall in a warm, sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Begin harvesting when roots reach 8″ and continue until fall. Will not tolerate sub-freezing weather
