Capsicum, Sweet Pepper 'Mini Belle'
- Sun Preference
- Full-Sun
Description
Sweet and prolific! This short, stocky 24″ plant produces an abundant crop of super-sweet, 1½” peppers that ripen from green to red, with thick flesh that’s perfect for stuffing. Heavy fruit production in a small amount of space makes Mini Belle perfect for containers and small gardens.
Unless you live in a year-round warm climate, start seeds indoors eight to ten weeks before last frost. Keep soil temperature warm (75-80°F) for best germination. Harden off young plants ten days before transplanting and plant outdoors well after last spring frost when soil has warmed. Cut fruits from plants when they reach deep red color and are still firm. Stake plants to support heavy fruit production.Seed Starting Successfully
