Description
Dense spikes of brightly colored flowers that are single and bi-colored. Blooms in late spring with attractive foliage for the rest of the season.
Select a cool location with part shade to full sun and moist well-drained soil. Plant in spring after danger of frost. For transplants, start indoors about eight weeks before last frost date. Keep area weeded and watered until plants become established. Lupines will not do well in areas with hot, dry summers.
