Lactuca, Lettuce 'Tom Thumb'

- Sun Preference
- Full-Sun, Part-Sun
Description
Perfectly formed 6″ heads of buttery light green leaves. Tom Thumb is perfect in small gardens and containers. Each head is the perfect size for an individual salad.
Lettuce prefers cool weather. Give this variety some afternoon shade during the summer months. Sow in early spring, fall or winter in mild climates. Keep soil evenly moist for best growth particularly during hot spells. Thin regularly; lettuce does not like to be crowded. Plant every two to three weeks for continuous harvest.
Lactuca sativa
