Description
Scarlet flax features briliant deep red flowers with a lovely satiny sheen. Individual plants are rather sparse and are better used in groupings or in combination with other annuals. Very heat and drought tolerant.
Sow in a location with full sun to part shade and average soil in early spring, two weeks before last frost date, or early fall in mild climates. Keep seeds evenly moist until they germinate. Plants readily self-sow and establish themselves in some climates.
