Raindrip 25PK 1 GPH Pressure Compensating Dripper. It delivers the same output regardless of changes in water pressure or where the emitter is placed on the tubing. The self-cleaning emitters with turbulent flow carry sediments out of the system to reduce clogging. Connects to 1/4 inch tubing or attaches directly into 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, or 0.710 inch supply tubing. Ideal for watering individual shrubs and trees in landscapes, and plants in container pots and hanging baskets. Dripper is made of polyethylene and silicone treated with UV inhibitors.

Yes, you can overwater plants. Especially in pots but also in the ground, however, planting in the ground allows for better water dispersion so the odds of overwatering are less. Low lying areas may be more prone to flooding. Areas with clay soil also...
