Will require little or no mowing depending on fertility and moisture. 10% perennial ryegrass assures fast ground cover for soil erosion until the Fescues germinate. Let this mix grow up for a natural look to any landscape for non-mowing areas as a backdrop. Best results are obtained from bare ground soil that is prepared for seeding. Has the best tolerance to drought conditions, with or without sandy soil.
