How to Participate

1. You must have a Fundraiser Account with Gertens. Call 651-239-1321 to get started.
2. Notify our Fundraising staff of intent to participate by scheduling your delivery/will call date. Call promptly as our calendar fills quickly. Please notify us of your participation by October 4.

Dates to remember

• October 4: Notify us of your participation on or before this date.
• October 25: Final order should be submitted.
• November 22 – December 23: Delivery/will call dates. Allow a 2 hour window for arrival of your delivery.
