Spring Annuals, Bedding Plants, and Perennials

What a wonderful way to get your garden started!

Spring is a time of renewal and rejuvenating gardens to welcome brighter days. Gertens offers an amazing variety of spring annuals, bedding plants, hanging baskets and perennials to get any garden started. All of these selections are excellent for a Minnesota garden, and will decorate container plantings, beds and borders with blooms throughout the spring and summer. By far, the Gertens Spring Annuals, Bedding Plants, and Perennials program is the most popular and profitable for schools, groups and organizations!

New Items for Spring 2010

• Fruits & Vegetables: We have expanded our selection of 4" potted herbs and vegetables; and added Strawberry plants and Blueberry bushes to our list.
• Bullseye Geraniums: Rich chocolate leaves edged in green provide stunning contrast to the beautiful flowers - available in Cherry and Scarlet.
• Full Color Mix Petunia Hanging Basket: Mixed colors of blue, purple, red, pink, and yellow flowers all in one basket.
• Perennials: there are many new additions to our perennial selection.

How to participate
Astilbe

• You must have a fundraiser account with Gertens. Call 651-239-1321 or email fundraisers@gertens.com to get started.
• Notify Gertens of intent to participate by scheduling your delivery/will call date. Please call promptly as our calendar fills quickly. Please notify us by March 1.
• Allow a 2 hour window for the arrival of your delivery.

2010 Dates to remember

• March 1: Notify us of intent to participate.
• Five weeks prior to your delivery date: Final order should be submitted.
• April 30 - May 28: Delivery/Will Call dates.
