Fall Mums & Perennials

Greet fall with colorful plants from Gertens!

Fall is a wonderful and beautiful time of the year. The season is changing and it's time to shift from the bright colors of spring and summer, to the warm and rich tones that fall brings us. Our Fall Mums and Perennials program offers a variety of Mums (available in different sizes and colors), as well as a flowering combination bushel basket.

2009 Fall Garden Mum offerings:

• Beautiful Gerten grown mums in 8" and 12" pots and in 15" low profile bushel baskets.
• Signature items: our Fall combination garden in a low profile 15" bushel basket and our 12" fiber mache hanging basket of mums.
• At our customers' request we have increased our perennial and shrub rose offerings. Fall is a great time to plant perennials to jump start your spring. They can be planted through mid October.
• NEW for 2009! Mammoth Mums - Bred by the U of M to be more winter hardy than traditional garden mums. (Grown in 8" pots)

How to participate

• You must have a Fundraiser Account with Gertens. Call 651-239-1321 to get started.
• Notify Gertens of intent to participate by scheduling your delivery/pick up date. Call promptly as our calendar fills quickly. Please notify us of your participation by Sept. 11.

Things to remember

• For our mum program, final orders need to be submitted at least 1 week prior to your delivery date.
• Allow a 2 hour window for the arrival of your delivery.
• Mums are shipped in the bud/bloom stage to provide weeks of enjoyment.
• Report count or price discrepancies within 24 hours of accepting your order.
• Refer to page 3 of your order from for quantity discounts and delivery information.
