Best Rhubarb Crunch

Gertens would like to thank Eileen for this delicious recipe and for listening to Gino on the Radio.

Mix:
4 cups rhubarb (or Strawberries or blueberries or raspberries)
1 cup sugar
2 Tbls Flour
1 scant tsp Cinnamon

Put in 8" square pan

Dot with 2 Tbls Butter

Mix:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Large Well-Beaten Egg

It will be crumbly, put over rhubarb mixture and shake slightly.

350 oven for 40 minutes.
For 13x9 pan, use double recipe, bake for 40 minutes
