Shipping & Returns

When you order items that we have in stock and order by 3 pm Central Time, you can expect delivery no later than 7 business days. See the chart below for all our shipping options including faster delivery options.

Shipping Options

UPS Overnight:
Place your order by 3 pm Central Time and you'll receive your items the next business day.

UPS 2 Day:
Place your order by 3 pm Central Time and you'll receive your items within 2 business days.

UPS 3 Day Select:
Place your order by 3 pm Central Time and you'll receive your items within 3 business days.

UPS Ground:
Place your order by 3 pm Central Time and you'll receive your order within 7 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Some services not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Some services to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.
Due to DOT regulation, some products may have shipping restrictions depending on the product and quantity ordered.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, or international addresses, including Canada, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) at this time.
Business Days: We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3 Day Select are not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Gertens.com is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Order and Shipping Confirmation E-mails
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipment confirmation.

Tracking your Shipment
All packages are sent via UPS. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will include your "UPS Tracking Number" and a link to the UPS tracking site.

Online Returns
At Gertens.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return merchandise to our store or by mail within 60 days of purchase for a full refund if you include your receipt. After 60 days, or without a receipt, you can return merchandise to us by mail and receive an online credit. If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund. We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on:

Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a return or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.

Our Error?: If you're returning the product because we made an error, call us at 1-866-GERTENS (1-866-437-8367) and we'll schedule a UPS pickup and cover the cost of shipping.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift that you received, please indicate on the return receipt if you would like to receive online credit (available only if you have registered on Gertens.com) or a store credit.

Exchanges
You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value at Gertens store or by sending it back in the mail. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge your credit card for the difference.
